Law Degree (LUISS), PhD (University of Catania), is a tenured associate professor of Corporate Law. He lectures at both LUISS, Rome, Law Department and the Second University of Naples, Law Department. Among other appointments, he has been visiting research scholar at Yale Law School and the University of Heidelberg.
